What I need from you about the character:
Race / Species
Reference sheets (if you have them)
Body type examples
Accessory references (clothes, jewelry, weapons, etc.)
Pose references or the mood you want
Color palette (if specific colors are important)
Personality notes (to capture expression or vibe)
Important details that must not be changed
What to avoid (colors, features, themes you don’t want)
You will receive:• Clean, polished digital artwork with a simple background
• PNG + JPG
• Source files
PAYMENTS
- Full payment is required before I start the artwork (unless otherwise agreed),
OR:
- 50% upfront for the sketch, and the remaining 50% after you approve the sketch.REVISIONS
- Small adjustments (colors, minor details) are included.
- Major changes (pose, composition) after sketch approval may cost extra.
- Please give clear feedback at each stage.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Normal turnaround time: [e.g. 1–2 mouths], depending on complexity.
- If you need a rush order, please let me know in advance (extra fee may apply).
-Final files will be delivered as high-resolution PNG/JPG (and PSD if agreed).USE
- Personal use only (avatars, icons, prints for yourself, etc.), unless you purchase a commercial license.
- Commercial use (merch, prints for sale, promotional use) must be discussed and paid for separately.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain all rights to my artwork.
- I may post the finished piece on my portfolio/social media (unless agreed otherwise).
- You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell, or mint it as NFT.REFUNDS
- Refunds are possible only if I haven’t started the artwork yet.
- Once work has begun, refunds are not available (partial refund may be possible if agreed).
- If I cannot complete your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.COMMUNICATION

- I’ll keep you updated on the progress and send previews at key stages.
